Shorrocks Hill Country Club and Function Suite are situated on the edge of fifty acres of private woodlands in the affluent area of Formby, Merseyside. Formby is located approximately 12 miles from the City of Liverpool and 5 miles from Southport town centre. See location map below.

Ground Floor – Nightclub

The main entrance into the venue leads into a well appointed reception; double doors then lead into a stylishly decorated main club/dance area which is furnished with fixed wall seating, leather Chesterfield settees, loose tables and stools. To cater for live entertainment the room has a fully equipped stage and a dedicated dance floor. Drinks are served from a long modern bar servery which is fully equipped with refrigerated bottled beer cabinets, spirit optics, beer dispense pumps and a computerised EPOS till system.

Ground Floor – VIP Area

The VIP area is located within the main club/dance area and access is by way of an electronic card code system. The area is decorated to a high standard and is furnished with loose tables, chairs and fixed wall seating. The bar servery is well equipped with refrigerated bottled beer cabinets, spirit optics and computerised tills.

Ladies and gents toilets are situated within the VIP area and also near the main entrance reception area.

First Floor - Function Suite

A separate entrance through the Country Club’s main doors leads to an internal staircase up to the self-contained function suite. The room is furnished with loose tables, chairs and stools and is serviced by a well equipped servery bar complete with refrigerated bottled beer cabinets, beer dispense pumps and an EPOS till system. The suite has the total capacity for approximately 125 covers.

First Floor - Kitchen

Located on the first adjacent to the function suite there is a well appointed commercial kitchen which is equipped to an exceptionally high standard with an extensive range of catering equipment and fitments. The kitchen meets all local authority hygiene and safety regulations.

General

Both the club area, VIP room and function suite have recently had a £250k refurbishment which included a `state of the art` sound and light system in the nightclub and air conditioning throughout the property.

Both the internal and external areas of the property are fitted with CCTV and security alarms.

Monday – Wednesday 11.00 a.m. till Midnight
Thursday – Saturday 12.00 a.m. till 03.00 a.m.

TENURE

A fully insurable and repairable lease will be offered for either 5, 10 or 15 years with rent reviews every 5 years. The rent would be £50k per annum for the nightclub and £25k per annum for the function suite.
